In other news, LIME (Cable & Wireless) lost another J$1.3B for the quarter ended September 30, 2012. This brings YTD losses to J$1.77B.
Revenue fell from J$4.6B to $4.0B for the quarter even as its mobile subscriber base reportedly grew by 20%. Broadband revenues fell and fixed voice revenue also declined by 13%.
LIME had J$511M in restructuring costs during the quarter in comparison to $196M for the corresponding period last year.
The Company now has a net deficit of J$15.9B.
